I can share some information to help you recover the other user's password to QuickBooks Online.

 

To recover the password for one of your users in QuickBooks, you can let them follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to our sign-in page.
  2. Let them put the phone number, email address, or user ID for their account.
  3. If they enter a phone number or email address, they'll receive a text or email with a verification code. If they enter a user ID, they'll be asked to choose which method they prefer.
  4. Let them put the verification code, or follow the instructions in the message. We may ask them for a little more info to make sure its them.
  5. When prompted, they may reset their password. Or, they can select Skip.

Once everything is good, they can also update or change your Intuit Account sign-in information.
