How do we know our subscription expiry date ??

i am unable to access and wants to know the expiry date of our subscription

I'll guide you where you'll be able to verify the expiration date of your QuickBooks Online subscription.

 

Let's start by resetting your credentials, so you can access your account. This way, you can check the expiry date of your subscription.

 

Here's how: 

  1. Go to the QuickBooks log-in page, then directly click I forgot my user ID or Password.
  2. Enter your Email or Phone number, then tap Continue
  3. Type the code in the box and select Continue
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once logged in, please follow the steps below to check the expiration date. 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings
  2. Choose the Billing and Subscription button. 
  3. If you're using a trial account, you'll see the expiry date below the QuickBooks version. 
  4. If you have paid service, check the Next Charge or examine other details under your subscription status. 

 

If the issue keeps going, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can review the expiration date and help you re-access your account. 

 

Follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to the Help menu on the upper right side. 
  2. Click the Contact Us on the Search page. 
  3. Type your concern in the field, then choose Let's talk or Continue
  4. Select Chat and complete the required fields. 

 

Make sure to contact them within business hours to ensure a quick response.

 

Additionally, QuickBooks will notify you one week before expiry. With this, I suggest you look at the email you're using when you register.
