How I Can talk to Customer care for my Subscription in Powercop

If you'll be having an issue when renewing your account, you may contact Customer Support team. Here's how:

From the ? Help button, click Contact us.
Enter, Renew subscription.
Click Let's talk.
Select Start a chat.

 

You may need a workaround to renew your account with the lower price.

Aside from contacting us, you can look into your subscription details within QuickBooks Online. Let me show you how: 

 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks as the Master admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Account and settings.
  4. Click the Billing & Subscription menu.
  5. You'll see your subscription status and fee under QuickBooks Online.
