The option to add a sample company in Quickbooks Online is unavailable. If you would like to take some time to try out the new version of QBO, you can do so by utilizing our test drive. 
 

It’s a great way to dive in and try things you might not feel comfortable experimenting with within your actual company. The system doesn’t save any of the changes you make, so you can experiment all you’d like. Please refer to this link: Test drive QuickBooks Online.
