Hi there, @info1680.

I'm here to ensure that the changes that you made in QuickBooks Online will reflect on your dashboard.

If you're referring to the notice that are showing on your dashboard (see screenshot attached) even if you've file the taxes already, you can just click the X button. This way, they will be removed from your dashboard.

If you're referring to something else, I'd appreciate if you can provide further details of your concern. It can help me narrow down this hurdle.

For now, I'd recommend accessing your account on a private window and see if the file option are reflecting. Web-based platforms like QBO collect cache files (cookies) for increased loading performance, but too much can cause odd behavior like the one that you experienced.

You can open a Private Window in all supported browsers using the corresponding keyboard shortcut below:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

If using a private browser works fine, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. I'm including an article that goes over this in more depth and provides steps for supported browsers: Delete or disable cache and temporary internet files in your web browser.

For your reference, I'm also adding here a link about the requirements that can help boost your QuickBooks Online experience: Find out what computer and browser you need for the best QuickBooks experience.

You can always find me here if you need further assistance while working with QuickBooks. Take care!
