How to change printer settings?

I'll share how printing works in QuickBooks Online, Bojoe-sales.

When you print a form, the software prepares the information for printing and hands it over to your internet browser. That being said, QuickBooks Online plays no role in deciding the default device for your printing task. The changing of printer settings must be configured in the browser or operating system that you're using. 

You can try to set up the POS printer in your browser or OS.
