How to get the complete data for single client

I lay down some details on how to get the data for your clients in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Any data entered into a QBO company can be easily downloaded. The simplest way to do this is by exporting the reports and lists. I'll show you how.

1. Go to the Settings ⚙ icon.
2. Select Export Data under Tools.
3. On the Reports tab, set the date range.
4. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tab by toggling the slider.
5. Click Export to Excel.

If you're using a third-party app and need all of the details, I recommend contacting your third-party service provider. They'll be able to assist you in gathering all of the information you need for your client.
