How to identify cash paid bills from April 2020 till today kindly help

Let me show you how to check the payment method used when you paid your bills.

We can pull up the Bills and Applied Payments report. This will show us the payments you’ve made and the bills that go with them. You can follow these steps:

1. From the Reports tab, search and select Bills and Applied Payments.
2. Make sure the Report period is correct. 
3. Click the small gear icon and check the Transaction Type.

From the Transaction Type column, you'll see if you used a credit card or not. I've also added these links for more details:
