The Community got you covered, grigsofficial-gm.

The option to directly print the debit note is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). What we can do is to use the keyboard shortcuts to print any web-page you're viewing. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to Expenses on the left menu.
  2. Choose the Suplier section.
  3. Select the supplier's name.
  4. Locate the debit note and tick the View/Edit link to open it.
  5. Press CTRL+P on a Windows PC or Command+P on a Mac.
  6. Your browser's Print Preview window will open. Certain browsers like Google Chrome allow you to change the Orientation (Landscape vs. Portrait) and the Scale of the printed page to ensure all information fits.
  7. Press Print.

For more details about printing transactions, see printing sales forms article. To learn more about the difference between debit notes for customers and suppliers, check out the How to create a debit note in the QuickBooks article. Feel free to visit our Manage Suppliers and Expenses page for more insights about managing suppliers and vendors, paying bills, and tracking expenses.

I'll be right here to continue helping if you need a hand with running suppliers' reports or any QBO related. Assistance is just a post away. Have a great weekend.
