How to print debit note

Hi there, @diyakaranenterpr. Let me share with you some information about printing debit note in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Printing debit note is currently unavailable in QBO. The good news is, you can run the Supplier Balance Detail or Supplier Balance Summary report and make the necessary customisation to display the information you need.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Click on Reports at the left pane.
3. Select Supplier Balance Detail or Supplier Balance Summary.
4. Tap on the Customise tab.
5. Filter the supplier's name you want to add to the report.
6. Tap on the Run report tab to refresh the page.

You can print the information by selecting the printer icon in between the envelope and export icons.
