We'd love to have you back, saravanan1.

I'm here to help you in renewing your account.

Once your QuickBooks Online account expires, you'll be automatically routed to the Billing and Subscription page as soon as you sign in to your company. From there, you'll just have to click the Resubscribe button to activate your account again. If you aren't prompted, you can follow these steps to resubscribe:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Your Company section, choose Account and settings or Company Settings.
  3. Go to Billing & Subscription.
  4. Click Resubscribe then enter your updated billing information.
  5. If you already have an activation code click Already have an activation code? and follow the screen instructions.
  6. If you have a promotion code, enter the code in the text box and click the Apply button.
  7. Click Subscribe or Subscribe now to complete the process.

Once done, please log out and then log back into your QuickBooks account. Head to the Billing & Subscription page and check your next charge date. If it's a date in the past, you may need to our Customer Care Team to prevent back-billed charges from occurring. Here's how:

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
  5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.

Additionally, here's an article that you can read to help manage your billing information and payment method in QuickBooks Online.

I'll be right here to keep helping if you have further questions or any other concerns. Have a great time navigating our product.
