Hi there, @tdsteam-skpn-in

I’m here to help and get you back in running your business. Can you share with me the steps or actions you did before getting the error? This way, I can provide you with the best fix. Any additional information is much appreciated.

Nevertheless, if you’re trying to import your charts of account, please make sure that you're using a supported browser.

If the issue persist you can try these basic trouble shooting steps. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

Next, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate.
