Welcome to the Community forum, cfo.

I appreciate you sharing detailed information about your concern. Please know that we've removed some info from your post for your account's security.

Regarding your concern, in QuickBooks Online, it's possible to create multiple accounts using the same login credentials. However, consolidating or merging them isn't possible. As a workaround, you can send an invite to the email address you want to access all your companies with.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon (⚙) at the top of your QBO account and select Manage Users.
  2. Click Add User.
  3. Enter the user’s name and email address.
  4. Click the Roles ▼ dropdown, then select the role you want to assign to the user.
  5. Review the features this role gives access to and follow the onscreen instructions.

For more details in using one user ID for all your QBO account, check out this article: Sign in to multiple QuickBooks Online companies with one user ID.
