I can help you cancel the company account in QuickBooks Online. You can go to the Account and Settings section and cancel the company from there.

Once canceled, your account will be available in read-only access for one year from the cancellation date. Here's how to cancel the account:

Select Settings ⚙ and then Company Settings.
Select the Billing and subscription tab.
In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
Follow the next steps.
Select Submit and cancel subscription.
Select Got it.
