I am not getting any support to resubscribe the account for past two days.

If i am trying to pay through netbanking ,it shows some dns error.not able to process the payment.

I understand that you need to renew your subscription. I'm here to share an update on the QuickBooks Online India subscription.

 

Before we start, may I ask what error message you encountered when trying to pay through net banking? Any information will assist me in assessing the situation and determining the best course of action to address your concern. 

 

The subscription has been changed to Monthly billing when you switch the accounts to online billing. It is why annual subscriptions are no longer available. 

 

You can re-subscribe to your account by following the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Subscriptions and billing.
  2. Under Account activities, click Subscribe or Renew
  3. Follow the prompts to renew your subscription.
