Question

I am trying to renew my quick book online subscription for account [removed] and its not allowing me to make the payment . This is urgent , kindly help

Can someone send us the link to payment, Payment page is not allowing to change payment method , Can someone at least call us , xx-xxxxxxxxxx. We are trying to reach the support team and very unsuccessful in getting answers .

Thank you for renewing your subscription. I'll guide you through the steps, but if you'll still have issues, please contact our Chat team again so they can assist you using their tools.

 

Reactivate or renew QBO:

 

  1. Go to the Gear > Account and settings.
  2. On the left panel, click the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. Go to the QuickBooks section and select the Subscribe or Renew button.

  3. Enter something like renew subscripton and click Let's talk.
