I am trying to resubscribe my account but not able to select the periodicity of resubscribing, I want to resubscribe only for 12month, please guide me how to proceed?

Hi there, ca-sunnythawani-.

 

The option to select a period when renewing your subscription is unavailable in QuickBooks. You'll  be prompted to renew either monthly or annually.

 

That being said, the system will notify you once your subscription is about to expire. Here's how to check the renewal date:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Account and settings.
  2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
