I am unable to save changes made to Contact Info under Company Settings. I can make changes and save those changes in the other sections of Company Settings

The stored data in the browser you're using can get corrupted and may result in unexpected behaviors. Let's try accessing your account and update your contact information using a private browser or incognito browser. This way, we can isolate this unexpected prompt for possible browser-related.

 

Here are the shortcut keys that you can use:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you're able to successfully able to link your invoice to your projects, you can clear the cache of your regular web browsers. Lastly, to check any issues with your browser’s health and its compatibility with QuickBooks Online, you can also use the Browser Health Checkup Tool.
