  • You cannot receive a verification code.

 

If you can't remember your password but still have access to your phone or email, you can retrieve your account. This is the fastest method to regain access if you've forgotten your login information:

 

  1. Visit our sign-in help page.
  2. Input the phone number, email address, or user ID linked to your account.
  3. If you input a phone number or email address, we will send a verification code via text or email. If you input a user ID, you can choose your preferred verification method.
  4. Input the verification code we sent or heed the directions in the message. We may require additional information to confirm your identity.
  5. When prompted, either reset your password or select Skip.
