I cancel subscription after that my amount r deduction

I'd like to clarify your concern. When you say an amount deduction, were you charged for the subscription after canceling the account? If so, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can verify the charge and help you further.

 

Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help located in the upper right corner.
  3. Select the Contact Us button.
  4. Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? box.
  5. Click Let's talk.
  6. Hit the Start a chat button.
