Accessing your Dashboard is my priority here, @richard.gale.

I'm here to lend a hand with your control panel. Here are a couple of troubleshooting steps to ensure you can re-access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Dashboard. This way, you can see your quick company overview, business update, bank accounts, and other information without a moment's delay.

Let's make sure that the Privacy radio button is turned off so the data will display on your homepage. See the sample screenshot below for your reference.

Once confirmed and the issue continues, I'd recommend doing some basic troubleshooting steps to clear out the problem. To start, I'd suggest logging in to your QBO account through an incognito window. This way, we can check if it's a browser-related issue.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  • Control Option (Safari)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

Once logged in, re-click the Dashboard button to verify if it's already operating thoroughly. If that works, you'll want to clear the cache of your regular browser to eliminate previously-stored browsing data.

Additionally, see the articles below on how to use shortcut keys on your dashboard page and adjust the settings in QuickBooks:

Furthermore, can you provide the exact wording of the error in detail? This enables me to review our reports and provide you with the most appropriate resolution.

As always, you can get back to me if you have any additional questions in managing your account. I'm here for you. Cheering you to continued success, richard.gale.
