I cant see advanced settins module in my account, I am a General Administrator

We've come to help, Fracmesa. Let me show you how we can access the advanced settings in QuickBooks Online (QBO), so we can initially set up your company file.

 

The advanced account settings differ depending on the region. However, being unable to find the advanced tab in the company settings is an unusual behavior of QBO. To get around the issue, we can perform several basic troubleshooting steps.

 

First, let's try logging in to your account through a private browser. We can refer to these keyboard shortcuts for easy access:

 

  • For Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Then, let's check again to see if we're able to set your advanced account settings already. 

 

If it works, we can return to your regular browser and clear its cache and cookies or use a different supported browser. It's possible that it's a temporary issue with the browser you're currently using.

 

Furthermore, we can confirm with your master administrator to see if you have their permission to manage the company settings.
