Thank you for reaching out to the Community for assistance. I am more than happy to guide you through the process of updating your billing information in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @tax8.

 

Please follow these simple steps:

 

  1. Sign in as the Primary or Company Admin.
  2. Go to Settings and select Subscription and billing.
  3. Select Edit ✎ next to your payment method.
  4. Update your credit card information.
  5. Make sure that the address in QuickBooks matches the one on your credit card statement.
  6. Once you have entered the updated information, select Confirm card or Save.

 

After saving these changes, the payment method will be visible on the Subscriptions and billing page.
