I do not see the option to cancel my subscription in billing and subscription tab.

I follow the steps mentioned in tutorial but there's no option to cancel (though I see the billing and subscription tab). What to do to cancel

Hi adityabhushan,

 

I'm here to lend a hand on how you can cancel your subscription.

 

Before canceling the account, ensure that you log in as the Master or Company Admin.

 

If you're logged in as either of the mentioned roles yet, you're still unable to cancel the account, you may be experiencing some browser-related issues. You can isolate it by logging into your QuickBooks account on an incognito window. It is the best place to identify what causes this issue. 

 

You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

 

  • For Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • For Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • For Safari: Shift N

 

If you can see the Cancel button, you may go back to a regular browser and clear the cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues.

 

If the option is still unavailable, you can isolate this further by using a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

 

If the steps above don't work, you can reach out to our Phone Support team so we can investigate why you're unable to cancel the subscription.

Once canceled, we hang on to your data for one year. It lets you pick up where you left off if you decide to come back. We delete the data after that.
