I had already paid subscription than why I was charged more?

I know that paying the correct amount of the subscribed plan is important especially in the business. These are some of the possible reasons why you're getting an additional subscription fee:

  • You upgraded your account mid-billing cycle.
  • You saw a charge due to the preauthorisation for credit cards (usually a small amount).
  • You have multiple companies, which means you will be billed for each one.
