I have a subscription but now it’s not letting me use any features saying I have no subscription.

Hi there, sophie. I'm here to ensure you can use any feature using QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

Have you tried logging in to your QBO accounts? If you're able to log in before, we can review the billing and subscription to ensure the payment has been processed. From there, you can update the billing information. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Proceed to the Gear icon :gear:.
  2. Select Account and Settings under the Your Company section.
  3. Select the Billing and Subscription tab.

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Select Contact Support Team.
  4. Type again Talk to a human and click Contact Support Team.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.
