I have created a user but the invite is not brining the usual registration form

Hello there, Kabvice.

 

Let me help invite the user so they can access your QuickBooks account. Before we start, can you please take a screenshot of the registration form the user sees on their end? That way, I can see and provide what steps to take next.

 

Meanwhile, if the user sees a sign-in page, it’s because their email address is already used with an Intuit account. This could be for a different product. 

 

The user can sign in with that email address if it’s theirs. If not sure, let the user click I forgot my user ID or password at the bottom of the screen to reset the login credentials.

 

Please know that the invitation expires after 48 hours. When it has expired, you need to delete the user and add them again.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, then Manage users.
  2. Find the user you want to delete. Then, click the arrow icon ▼ in the Action column.
  3. Select Delete.
  4. From the Confirmation window, select Delete again.

 

When you delete a user it’s permanent. But you can still view their history in the audit log.
