Question

I have problems managing the quickbook users and subscription data, it tells me that I do not have permission, and as far as I know I am the account administrator.

Hi there, @adan-salazar.

Let's first verify if you were set up as a company admin user in the company file.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Manage users.
  2. Go to the Users tab, then verify your access in the User Type column.

If you weren't as an admin of the company, I suggest contacting the master admin to change your user access.

However, if it was set up as the admin, let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can continue to manage users and subscription data.

To check if its a browser data issue, let's try logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
  • Press Command + Shift + N for Safari

If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh.

If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
