I have purchased a quick book plus version but can’t access on my Mac. It shows wrong password. How can i access my account on my Mac ?

Do you mean to say you only have a password issue on your Mac and not on other devices? If that is so, let's find out if this behavior is caused by a full cache or an issue on the browser you use.

 

To start, you'll want to sign in to QBO using an incognito or private browser. This step disables the extensions and stops the cache from saving your history.

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N.
  • MS Edge and Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P.
  • Safari: press Command Shift + N

 

If you're able to sign in, you'll want to go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, please use others to see if this only happens to a specific browser or not. If all browsers prompt you with a password issue, we can assume that you're really entering an incorrect password.
