Hello there, smirza-assuretys.

Allow me to help and make sure you can add more users to QuickBooks Online.

There are a few possible reasons as to why you might be experiencing this issue, and one of them could be related to outdated or corrupted cache files in your browser. Over time, your browser can accumulate these files from the websites you visit, which can sometimes lead to problems with loading or navigating those pages.

To isolate this issue, we can perform troubleshooting steps by adding the user and sending them an invite using a private or incognito window.

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, press Command + Shift + N.

If you can add and send the user's invitation, return to your regular browser and clear its cache. This will delete outdated and corrupted internet files that are causing browser-related problems like the one you're experiencing.

Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers that work perfectly with QuickBooks Online.

I've also included this article to help you manage user permissions and limit access to specific tasks: User roles and access rights in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you still have other concerns about managing users in QuickBooks. I'll be checking this thread for your response. Have a wonderful day!
