I have sent a invitation link for new user and she also received the email, once we click it then it shown the message that it could not find the company invitation.

Let me show you some steps on how we can fix this.

 

The first one is by deleting and recreating it. That way, the user will receive a new email invitation. I suggest them to click and set up the login details right after they received it. Here are the details steps on how to add, delete, or change user access.

 

If it doesn't help, let them accept the invitation through an incognito window. If it works, this means that we'll need to clear the browser's cache.

 

Also, make sure that the browser is updated. You can use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
