I have subscribed to my QB account after 6 months, only one month's payment was debited and the next subscription shows for next month. How I'm supposed to pay the dues?

Hi there. Your QuickBooks Online monthly payment is incorrectly debited on your account for a couple of reasons. I'll share further information about it and guide you on what to do.

 

Switching your billing frequency from Monthly to Annually is the first thing that possibly caused the issue. 

 

The second would be any change in your payment details. Make sure it's updated to avoid problems with your subscription. As long as it's correct, QuickBooks automatically debits the amount based on your billing schedule. Let's check using the following steps:

 

  1. Log in to QBO as a primary admin.
  2. Navigate to Settings ⚙, then hit Account and settings.
  3. Choose Billing & subscription.
  4. Review the billing schedule information to see if it's monthly or annual billing.
  5. See the payment method section. (Make changes if necessary.)
