I have synced my Amazon Seller Central with QuickBooks and when I try to click on Commerce Overview and Match products in that I always get error Page something is wrong.

    1.  Go to Apps , then select Overview.
    2. The app log displays any open app issues with info such as the name of the affected app, the date the issue occurred, error type, and suggested action. Select the log to view more details.
    3. In the Action column, select the available option to fix the issue. Options vary depending on the issue type.
    4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete resolution.

     

    If the issue persists you can perform troubleshooting steps to see if it's a browser-related issue. Please open an incognito window by using the following keyboard shortcuts based on the type of browser you are using:

     

    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

     

    Using this private browsing mode, go to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) page and attempt to connect the application again to see if it's successful.
