I have tried everything that i could to resuscribe to QBO but an error 81624 wont go away. i have tried updating my bank and debit card and even using a different browser

The error code 81624 means we're unable to process the payment due to a message received from your bank/card provider. You're on the right track in performing the troubleshooting steps to help fix this. You can also use an alternative payment card.

 

If the error persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support Team outside QBO since you're unable to reactivate it. They can securely access your account and help fix the error 81624. I'll guide you how. 

  1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact
  2. Select Search for something else
  3. Enter I have tried everything that I could to resubscribe to QBO but an error 81624 wont go away. in the Tell us more about your question box. 
  4. Click Search
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and choose Start a message
