I have tried multiple times to make payment but everytime it throws some error. Please help

Not able to make my subscription payment

Before that, may I know the specific error you receive? I'll appreciate any further details so I can provide accurate information. 

 

These are some possible reasons why you encounter an error message when paying for your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.

 

  • The card is over the limit.
  • The card has expired.
  • The account number is invalid.
  • The card has been listed as lost or stolen.
  • The card-issuing bank won’t authorize the card electronically.
  • The card was declined, with no other information provided by the processor.

 

When you resubscribe, let's make sure first if you have the company admin or master admin rights. This is because they’re the ones who have access to update the payment information for your account.

 

Second, ensure that we enter the correct Credit or Debit card number on the Payment Information page. You’ll have to check the card’s expiration date to determine if it’s already expired or not.

 

Lastly, verify if the billing address in QuickBooks is the same as the one shown on your credit card statement. Make sure it doesn't include any special characters, especially accents and hyphens. 

 

You can access your QBO using a private window. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, causing some unusual responses.

 

  • For Google Chrome browser, press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser, press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browse, press Command + Shift + N

 

Then, try to make a payment again. If it works, let's clear the cache of your regular browser to help the browser function efficiently. You can also use other compatible browsers as an alternative.
