Thank you for turning to the Community about your banking concern, FundDana.

Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to help you upload the CSV file smoothly in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When you import your transactions and add the expenses, try to use a different tax rate to test if the current one is the source of the error. If you continue to get the same result, open QBO in a private window or incognito mode. This browser doesn't save any browsing history and runs a lot smoother.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts for each browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you did not see the error message, clear the cache on the previous browser you used. This improves both the browser's and the application's overall performance. Alternatively, utilize other supported browsers to bring your bank data into the online program.
