I'll share information on how to request a refund for a QuickBooks subscription and track its status.

 

You're eligible for refund under our satisfaction guarantee if you've purchased an annual subscription to QuickBooks Online within 60 days of the purchase date. Your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

 

Could you please tell me if you have already requested a refund for your canceled subscription? If not, please ensure that you're account is already canceled. Then, you can follow the following steps below to request for refund:

 

  1. Go to this link: Refund Request - Intuit Accounts.
  2. Choose the product you're requesting a refund.
  3. Enter your order/bill number and the email associated with your account.
  4. Select Find my order details.
  5. Review your order details and charges.
  6. Select item(s) to be refunded and the reason for the refund.
  7. Fill in your Contact details & Mailing Address.
  8. Hit Submit.

 

If you have already submitted a request for a refund, you can choose the Track refund request link to view the status.

 

You can also contact our Customer Service team to inquire about your refund. They'll be able to access your account in a secure environment and check or investigate the source of the delay.
