Question

I'm trying to print cheques via Quickbooks Online. I've seen tutorials showing the "print later" option which I don't seem to have on my end. Anyone able to guide me?

Also, as I'm new to all this, does this cheque act as an actual cheque that can be banked or just a sort of guide to help someone know how much to write on the real cheque? Thank you in advance

Hello there, @carolagutu@gmail

I'll be your guide in making sure the option to print cheques is available on your end.

Quickbooks uses cache and cookies to make the page load faster. Since the option is unavailable on your end, I'd recommend using a private or incognito window to confirm the issue.

Use these keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge:  CTRL + Shift + P

If that works, go back to your main browser and start clearing your cache. Otherwise, use another supported, up-to-date browser.

For future reference, check out this article to learn more about the testing sequence for PDF printing issues in QuickBooks Online.

Post again if you have additional concerns. I'll be here to guide you more.
