I'm trying to view the existing users to the Co. account under the 'Manage Users' tab but unable to view any name.I see 'Users (6)' with no details though.Any clue why?

I’ll make sure you’ll be able to view your existing users in QuickBooks, @pooja-banknovo-c.


There are times missing details are caused by browser-related issues. It might be the accumulated Internet data in your browser's cache get corrupted. You can perform some troubleshooting steps to get this resolved.


First, try to open your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito or private window for testing. You can use these shortcuts keys for quick navigation:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P


Once logged in, check out your Manage Users window. If you’re able to view the name of your 6 existing users, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This helps the browser to function efficiently. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
