How can I make myself not included in my client's qbo account as billable user? The client's qbo account is under my name "promo account". Is is possible to remove myself as billable user?

Greetings, @msdelgarcia-yaho. I've got some ideas to share about why you're included as a billable user on your client's QuickBooks Online account.

Billable users in the business include the Primary Admin, Company admin, and/or Standard users. Therefore, being added as the primary admin of the organisation makes you a billable user. Explore the following modules for more details about handling account users:

Additionally, your client has the option to invite you as an accountant, which would exempt you from being considered a billable user. In order to do this, they would need to remove you from the list of billable users first.

Here's an extra guide you can browse about managing your account, including logins, connected apps, security and data: Account management.

I'm still up and running to answer other questions about handling users in QuickBooks. I'd be here to extend a helping hand.
