I need to cancel the subscription and i follow the steps throw billing and subscription but it is not working

I'm here to make sure you can cancel your subscription to QuickBooks Online.

 

There are times that the browser stores frequently accessed data, thus causing unusual responses in QBO.

 

Let's try logging in to your QuickBooks Online account using a private or a different browser. Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N  
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

 

Once logged in, go back and try to cancel your subscription again. If it works, you'll need to clear your browser's cache to start the browser fresh. Otherwise, try another supported browser as an alternative.

 

However, if the issue persists, I encourage you to contact us so that one of our representatives can check your account and help you cancel your subscription in our system.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Choose the Help (?) icon at the top right.
  2. In the search field enter the topic you need help with. 
  3. Click Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  4. Select Start a chat with a support expert.
