I need to hide the cash and bank balances while entering an expense in a selected user. How can i do it?

I can see the advantage of having the option to hide the balances of the bank selected whenever you create an expense in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, it is unavailable in QBO.

We hear your suggestions and recognize your need for this feature to be added to QBO, and we'd love to hear your input. I recommend leaving feedback to notify our engineers about the feature you need. This way, they can consider adding it in future updates.

1. Open your QBO account.
2. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
3. Type in your suggestion and click Next.
