The username is linked to the admin user's Intuit account, so you need to verify your account to get it. Let me put the instructions into steps for you to follow easily, but you will need your phone number and email address.

 

To recover your account:

 

  1. Go to our sign-in help page.
  2. Enter the phone number, email address, or user ID for your account.
  3. If you enter a phone number or email address, we’ll send you a text or email with a verification code. If you enter a user ID, choose which method you prefer.
  4. Enter the verification code we sent, or follow the instructions in the message. We may ask you for a little more info to make sure it’s really you.
  5. When prompted, reset your password. Or, you can select Skip.

 

After regaining access to your account, you have the option to modify the email address, phone number, password, or directly access your product. If you haven't done so, we suggest adding a phone number to your account. This will enable you to receive verification codes from us for future sign-in attempts.
