I'm here to share some information regarding data backup in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

QBO is a subscription-based cloud service. As a result, activities and information are backed up automatically. Also, QuickBooks Online has the option to back up and restore data.

 

For now, we can export your data manually for the time being, or we can search for a third-party tool you can integrate with QuickBooks Online. Please check this article for additional details: Export Data out of QuickBooks Online.
