Question

I paid fee in my apple store and subscribed but it didnt show in my QB account and I cant add any data. I cannot view anything after pressing bill&subscription.

Most of the answers are telling me to choose bill&subscription and press resubscribe/ view payment history. However, the main problem is nothing I can press in my “bill&subscription”, I am nervous about my company data in my previous half year.

Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community, moonkokfoco. I'll be sharing details on how subscribing to QuickBooks outside Intuit works. Let me also point you to the right support team to assist you further on this matter.

 

Please know that once you subscribed to QuickBooks Online through Apple App Store, you will not be able to see the Billing & Subscription tab. This is the reason there's nothing you can press in the mentioned section. You will only be able to see the Billing & Subscription tab if you have subscribed through Intuit QuickBooks Online directly.

 

I recommend first contacting the Apple Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and be able to confirm your billing or payment. Also, you have to reach out QuickBooks Support Team to verify the status of your QBO account and be able to investigate the issue about being unable to enter any data.

 

Furthermore, please know that QuickBooks Online has a data retention policy that allows you to access your company file for a period of time after you canceled it. You’ll still have read-only access to your data for one year and we delete the data after the mentioned time frame.

This is what i can see in my bill&subscription, what can I do? any method i can just stop the apple method, I just pay directly to QB. If i want to do it, there is no way for me to do it as I said nothing I can see in my page.
