Hi there, suja1.

I'll make sure that you can log in to your account.

Once payment is made, your QuickBooks subscription will be renewed and then you should be able to access your account. To isolate the issue, you'll want to make sure that you're using the correct login information. If you’re still having trouble signing in to your account, you can reset your credentials by following the steps below:

  1. From the sign-in page, select I forgot my user ID or Password.
  2. Enter your phone number, email address, or user ID, then click Continue.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions. If you used your email address to verify your account, you'll receive an email with your user IDor password reset link.

Alternatively, you can perform some troubleshooting steps to rule out the browser as the culprit here. There are times that the accumulated cache and cookies become corrupted/outdated causing login issues and unusual behaviors in the program.

First, access your QuickBooks account through a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't save your browsing history and site data. Feel free to use these shortcut keys below to launch the window:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N for Chrome
  • Press Command + Shift + N for Safari

If you're able to access your account without any problems, close the private window then go back to your normal browser. Next, clear its cache to enhance your browsing experience and remove the stored temporary internet files. Switching to other supported browsers can also help resolve this issue.

I'm also adding this article to help manage your subscription and billing details in QuickBooks: Update payment, and subscription info.

Don't hesitate to reach out to me again if you have any other concerns or questions. I'll always have your back.
