Thanks for visiting us here, @cushburger-gmail.

Let's keep your account active again. Let's open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues.

Here's how:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

After that, check if you're now able to work around your account. If it's working, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue.

However, if you're still getting the same result (expired account), please contact our Customer Care Support. This way, we can verify your account and investigate further.

Here's how to reach out:

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Scroll down and select Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of the case then tap Continue.
  4. Click Chat with us.

Additionally, here's a link that covers all the tasks you can do when using QBO: View all help articles.

Reach out to me again if you have other questions or concerns. I'll be here for you. Take care and have a great day ahead.
