I see my subscription under billing and subscriptions, but no cancel option. How do I cancel.

I need to cancel my subscription, but I do not see an option to do so. Logged in via google account

May I know where you signed up for your subscription? If you purchased your account directly from Intuit, you should be able to cancel from the Billing and Subscription tab.

 

If you signed up through a mobile app store, you’ll need to go to your app store to cancel. You can follow the steps below based on where you bought your QuickBooks Online subscription.

 

Google Play Store:

  1. Go to the Play Store app.
  2. Select the Profile icon.
  3. Select Payments & subscriptions, then select Subscriptions.
  4. Select the QuickBooks Online app.
  5. On the Manage subscriptions window, select Cancel subscription.

 

Apple App Store:

  1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Select your Name to access your Apple ID.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Select QuickBooks Online.
  5. Select Cancel.

 

Also, QBO will hold on to your data for up to one year. I'd suggest saving all of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data by exporting the information. This way, they can be saved, stored, and transferred digitally if needed. You can also pick up where you left off if you decide to come back
