You'll have to download the QuickBooks Online (QBO) desktop app, @Kennywyk. I'm here to guide you how.

The online version of QuickBooks gives you different ways of managing your business. All you have to do is select and use the one that suits you best. With the QBO desktop app, you're able to manage the growth of your two companies the same as the one on your iPad.

Since you're already a QBO user, you just need to download the app either from your Mac or PC. You'll first need to consider its system requirements. This is to make sure it'll perform to its best., consider knowing Here's how:

  1. Visit this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/apps/.
  2. Go to the QuickBooks Mac & Windows Apps, powered by QuickBooks Online section.
  3. Select the Free Download button.
  4. Click the Download Now button.

I've attached a screenshot below that shows the last three steps.

After downloading, you'll see a QBO shortcut icon on your screen. Click it and log in using your username and password, and you're good to go.

To learn more about the QBO desktop app, kindly check out this article: QuickBooks Mac & Windows Apps. It includes an overview of the product and its features to name a few.

Additionally, you can use multiple windows in the QuickBooks app. For the step-by-step guide, you can refer to this article's How do I use multiple windows in the QuickBooks App? section: QuickBooks App for Windows and Mac: General support.

Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
