However, I'd like to outline the procedures and specifics for canceling your subscription. To cancel, we can head to your Account and Settings page. This is how you do it:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
  2. Go to the Billing & subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks Online box, click the Cancel subscription button.
  4. Follow the prompts to proceed with the cancellation.


Remember that there is a different procedure to follow if you purchased your subscription via Google Play or Apple Play Store, you will not be able to cancel it immediately in QuickBooks. About the refund, It would be advisable to get in touch with the support team. They are the ones who can verify your account and assist you in processing it. You might want to get in touch with them first before deleting your account. Here's how:

 

  1. o to the Help icon and select Contact us in the Search tab.
  2. From the What can we help you with field, enter your question.
  3. Click on Continue.
  4. Choose either Appointment, Callback, or Chat.

 

Additionally, ee can utilize the program's export functions to create an archive or copy of our data if necessary (we can do this both before and after canceling): Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online
